Issues with ParkMobile App?
If you are having any issues using the ParkMobile App, try deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it. You may also text "PARK" to 77223 or pay through the guest web portal at https://ParkMobile.io with your mobile device or computer. Users also have the option to pay over the phone by calling 877-727-5989 (877 PARK 989). If you are still having issues, contact ParkMobile Support at support.parkmobile.io

ParkMobile is an acceptable form of payment on ISU Campus at all parking meters and approximately 600 pre-pay spaces.
How To Find Zone & Stall Number
The ParkMobile sticker is placed on the meter and it should look similar to the image below. If you enter any other numbers not listed on the ParkMobile sticker, the payment will not be recognized.

ParkMobile is very simple and easy to use. You can register online at https://ParkMobile.io/ or through the mobile app. ParkMobile allows you to pay securely through the app using a variety of mobile payment options. There is also an option to use your debit/credit card or add value using ParkMobile Wallet. If you do not have access to a smart phone, you can call the toll free number 877-727-5989 (877 PARK 989). After setting up your account, you can start using it to park in any metered space on ISU Campus. You can opt in to receive alerts when your parking time is nearing the end, giving you the option to extend you time if available. When you use mobile payment, the meters will not turn green like with traditional payment methods. Enforcement Officers use an online tool to view paid users.
