Pay Online (only citations issues after July 1)

 

Options how to pay a citation:

  1. Citations written after July 1, 2023 will be available for online payment through the ISU Parking Portal. by clicking the "Ticket" icon at the top of the page.
  2. Mail citation and payment via campus mail or U.S mail to DPS Parking Division, Room 27 Armory, 2519 Osborn Drive, Ames, IA. DO NOT SEND CASH
  3. Drop citations and payment in the drop box at the customer service counter of the Parking office. DO NOT SEND CASH
  4. Bring payment to the Parking office during regular business hours.
  5. Pay through Accounts Receivable (University Bill).
  6. Mail a check to the Treasurer’s Office, 1220 Beardshear Hall, 515 Morrill Road, Ames, IA 50011.

The Parking Division currently accepts checks, cash, money orders, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at the customer service window.

Please DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail or when utilizing the drop box.
