24 Hour Reserve A00001 Only in the designated stall for the designated reserve lot
    In General Staff lots
    Must receive approval by the Vice-President for Business & Finance
Reserve B00001 For designated lot assignment
    In General Staff lots
    Any available vacancies will be sold on a seniority base, defined by the ISU Human Resource Services
General G00001 In any general staff lot
Ames Lab AL00001 In Ames Lab lots (28AL & 26) and in Lot 28, 29, 30 general staff (as overflow)
Medical M00001 Any of the regular medical stalls
    Not valid in a reserved medical stall (permit or license plate number assigned to it)
    At parking meters for two hours without payment
    At pay by the stall lots for two hours without payment
    In Vendor/Departmental stalls for two hours
    In a loading zone for two hours, Not valid in loading dock areas
    Medical stalls along Bissel Rd with no time limit
    Any General staff lot with no time limit
Departmental & State Departmental D00001 In standard 30 min loading zones for two hours, unless sign restricts dept/vendor to a designated time
    At parking meters for two hours without payment
    At pay by stall lots for two hours without payment
    In vendor/departmental stalls for the designated time
    In a General Staff lot with no time limit
Vendor E00001 In standard 30 min loading zones for two hours, unless sign restricts dept/vendor to a designated time

    Vendor and Departmental permits are intended to facilitate commerce within the university.
    They are not intended for long term and/or daily parking.
    Abuse of these permits can result in their revocation.

Bicycles
Must have an identification sticker
Parked in bicycle racks provided
Must not be taken inside any university building
Impounded bicycles may be claimed within a three month period upon proper identification, a penalty payment, and a $5 impoundment fee
Impounded bicycles not claimed after three months will be sold at an auction/ISU surplus
