Reporting a Broken Meter or Pay Machine Kiosk

Please provide the following information and submit the form below. A parking division employee will repair the meter or pay machine kiosk as soon as possible.

Find a nearby sign with the lot number on it or get a detailed description of a surrounding building and direction of where the lot is located in relation to the building.
Meter maintenance identification is the white number on the side or back of the meter's housing, for example meter 4 in lot 25 is 25-4. If you cannot find this number, note the ParkMobile zone and meter number on the red sticker. It is located on the bottom, front side of the meter.
Select the Location of the Pay Machine Kiosk.
Describe your issue and be as descriptive as possible so parking staff can determine the best way to fix it.
